Gili Selang
At the easternmost tip of Bali, this site offers a dive to remember, because of its difficult character. Strong currents keep the coral reef healthy, lot of fish, often sharks even mola mola can be seen at this spot. Just for very experienced divers can be taken to this special site.
TULAMBEN
Near to Gunung Agung can be found the most popular dive area of Bali, we are going therewith Eurodive bus, takes 30 minutes.
USAT Liberty
The 120 m. US Liberty wreck is a true recommendation since the site is said to be the safest large wreck dive in the world. The US Liberty was torpedoed in WW II by a Japanese submarine now it’s lying on her side on the depth from 5 meters to 30 meters. One of the most popular dives in Bali, perfect place for intro and novice divers, too.
Drop off
Shore dive to a steep (about 60 meters deep) slope which is famous about its coral growth and colorful reef fish. Bumphead parrotfish are often seen here, and with attentive look divers can find interesting macros, like pygmy seahorse, frogfish, leaf scorpionfish.
Coral Garden
Fascinating coral garden just in between the two famous divesites, the Liberty and the drop off. Never seen nudibranches and ribbon eels are residents there.
Kubu
Shore dive at a colorful, healthy reef where you might see pygmy seahorse and white tip reef shark if you are lucky but the healthy, colorful coral formations are granted. |
